2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All puzzle designs, hand-crafted level code, artwork, audio effects, trademarks, logos, and software code in Block Queens are the exclusive intellectual property of BenbeLabs.

3. IN-APP PURCHASES & MONETIZATION

Remove Ads Purchase: We offer a one-time in-app purchase option to permanently disable interstitial advertisements.
Refund Policy: All digital transactions are handled directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems and are subject to their respective refund policies.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from Block Queens.
Automate gameplay, bot level completion, or exploit game mechanics maliciously.
Distribute modified APK/IPA binaries or bypass store verification.

5. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Block Queens is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. BenbeLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.
